Portable tubular steel cart is specially designed for use with oscillating wound steel coils with 16" cores in 3" or 6" face sizes. Automatic brake system prevents unwinding. Large work tray holds seals and tools. Cart can also be used with polypropylene and polyester strapping rolls. ?
